Head of HR

The Company is seeking a Head of HR to lead and strengthen the HR function at a large manufacturing facility. The role includes developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives and overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, and compliance. The successful candidate will use analytics and AI to support workforce planning and improve HR processes, while advising senior leaders and managing talent development. They will also foster an inclusive, collaborative culture, support employee engagement, and guide change initiatives. Candidates should have extensive HR generalist or senior HR leadership experience in manufacturing or an industrial setting, along with a record of delivering strategic HR initiatives. Strong analytical skills and practical experience using data analytics or AI tools are valued. Excellent English communication, relationship-building, empathy, and change-management skills are required.
