Head of Commercial Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial Operations to analyze business performance and forecasts, identify opportunities to improve strategy and execution, and support data-driven decision-making. The role will drive commercial KPIs and sales and profit targets, lead strategic projects, and collaborate across functions with international teams. The successful candidate will use performance insights to guide business operations and improve commercial outcomes. Applicants should have at least 10 years of practical experience in the healthcare industry, including at least five years in a management role. Experience in diagnostics is an advantage. Candidates must have experience leading cross-functional projects or business improvement initiatives, strong communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, fluent Japanese, and business-level English.
