Head of People Operations Remote (anywhere in Argentina)

The Company is seeking a Head of People Operations to build and manage the employee lifecycle for a growing, distributed organization. Responsibilities include overseeing international employment and contractor agreements, compliance, compensation frameworks, onboarding and offboarding, performance processes, policies, and people reporting. The role will also establish structured, end-to-end recruiting practices, manage sourcing and recruiting partners, and track hiring metrics. In addition, the Head of People Operations will organize company events and offsites, support team culture and engagement, and lead cross-functional projects. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a generalist role, including three years at a fast-growing startup or scale-up. Required qualifications include hands-on experience supporting workers across multiple countries through an employer-of-record or global HR platform, practical knowledge of worker classification and international labor requirements, and experience managing recruiting end to end, ideally for technical roles. Experience designing or administering compensation frameworks, strong organization and discretion, and excellent written and spoken English are essential. A builder’s mindset and the ability to work independently are important; remote-first or software-company experience, international event planning, HR certification, or a legal background are advantageous.
