Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Education Business

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to transform a multi-school education portfolio into a professionally managed, scalable, and financially sustainable organization. The CEO will lead school operations, academic quality, financial performance, shared services, and strategic expansion, while establishing clear accountability, operating procedures, and performance systems. Responsibilities include improving student outcomes and enrolment, strengthening leadership teams, implementing centralized functions and digital reporting, and overseeing budgets and performance reviews. The role will also develop growth plans, partnerships, and campus opportunities while building effective governance and reducing routine promoter involvement. Candidates should have 12–18 years of experience and an MBA, along with demonstrated leadership of a multi-school network or education group. A strong record in organizational transformation, operational excellence, and business performance improvement is required, as are commercial acumen, financial understanding, and people-management skills. Applicants should have experience implementing systems, centralized functions, and technology-enabled reporting, and be able to balance academic quality with financial sustainability and disciplined growth. Experience with shared-services models, campus development, acquisitions, or institutional reporting is preferred.
