Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive to work closely with its Board to shape a clear long-term strategy, identify opportunities for growth and partnership, and ensure plans are supported by sound financial planning. Working with the executive team, the Chief Executive will translate strategy into priorities, oversee performance and regulatory assurance, and provide visible leadership. The role also involves ensuring that the perspectives of colleagues and the people served inform decisions, while building effective relationships with commissioners, regulators, and strategic partners. Candidates should be established chief executives or experienced senior executive leaders with strong strategic and operational leadership capabilities. They will bring experience helping organizations develop and adapt, along with a track record in financial strategy and effective oversight of governance and risk. Experience in housing, care, or another regulated environment is valuable. A collaborative leadership style, credibility with boards and executive teams, and a genuine commitment to social purpose are essential.
