Vice President, Investment Banking - Technology Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Investment Banking – Technology to advise clients on capital raising and strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and special situations. The role involves leading key phases of transaction execution, developing new business, and supporting the growth of the firm. The successful candidate will guide clients through financing and capital-raising processes, including due diligence and offering preparation, while coordinating with senior colleagues and external advisors. Responsibilities also include preparing analyses, pitch materials, memoranda, and presentations, and overseeing the work of junior team members. Candidates should have 6–10 years of relevant experience in financial services, particularly banking, and a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Applicants should bring comprehensive knowledge of corporate banking, capital markets, relevant regulations, lending, and credit approval processes, along with experience serving large corporate clients and working with financial products. Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills are required. Relevant securities industry qualifications are required or must be obtainable.
