Senior Vice President, Institutional Equity Sales

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Institutional Equity Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing institutional client relationships, with a focus on cross-asset sales, trading, and execution of agency order flow in equities, ETFs, and US options. This role requires a senior professional with an established book of key institutional relationships, advanced product and market knowledge in developed and emerging markets, and the ability to actively market equity and ETF inventory to the institutional customer base. The SVP will also be involved in supporting the build-out of the cross-asset platform in Asia, providing tailored solutions to clients, and driving new client opportunities to grow profitability. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or mathematics, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales or sales trading, specializing in cross-asset coverage of institutional clients in developed markets. A strong track record of generating revenue, a background in high-touch equity sales trading, and experience with complex trading strategies are essential. The role demands a professional with a developed understanding of FIX protocol, algorithmic trading solutions, and the ability to work with vendor partners, local brokers, and market makers to ensure the firm's best execution policy. The candidate must also be well-versed in the current regulatory environment and hold the relevant regulatory licenses. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, and EMS/OMS platforms for multi-asset execution are required. The position is dynamic and time-sensitive, with a need for frequent travel to see customers.
