Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a hands-on technical partner to work closely with the CEO to assemble and launch digital products across a portfolio. Responsibilities include building end-to-end product flows, writing and shipping code, integrating ready-made services, and ensuring deployments and analytics are in place. The role also involves translating discussions with business and clinical partners into working solutions, maintaining compliance in regulated markets, and enabling product managers to build and release products independently. Product priorities and decisions are made collaboratively with senior leadership. Candidates should have at least three years of experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or technical co-founder, and must still write code regularly. They should be proficient with AI-assisted development tools and have recently taken a product from concept to real users or payments, independently or with a small team. Experience selecting and adapting off-the-shelf services, working directly with business partners, and professional English are required; Russian is an advantage. Experience in health technology, telemedicine, regulated consumer products, or clinical and prescribing integrations is beneficial.
