Head of IT Infrastructure

The Company is seeking a Head of IT Infrastructure to take on a newly created, strategic and operational leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the enterprise infrastructure strategy and roadmap across various platforms, leading large-scale modernization and cloud transformation initiatives, and ensuring the high availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems in a 24/7 environment. This role also involves taking ownership of infrastructure security, risk, and regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and driving disaster recovery and business continuity readiness. The Head of IT Infrastructure will be expected to build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and will have a unique opportunity to shape enterprise-wide infrastructure strategy while driving innovation at scale. To be considered for this position, candidates must have extensive experience (10+ years) in leading enterprise infrastructure, with a preference for those who have worked in regulated industries, particularly in the financial services sector. A proven track record in managing end-to-end infrastructure environments, strong experience in cloud and hybrid environments, and a deep understanding of IT operations, service reliability, and 24/7 environments are essential. The role requires solid exposure to security, risk, compliance, and audit frameworks, as well as experience in managing large teams and multiple vendors. Strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and a strategic mindset with the ability to execute under pressure are also key attributes for the role.
