Head of Rent & Service Charge

The Company is seeking a Head of Rent and Service Charge to lead a new team in the wake of legislative changes and an internal review. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the depth of service charges knowledge and experience within the team, as well as managing, developing, and motivating the team. A strong foundation in accounting is essential, including experience in preparing budgets, monthly management accounts, and annual service charge statements. While not mandatory, experience in rents is desirable. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to provide high-quality homes and services that contribute to sustainable communities. The Head of Rent and Service Charge will play a key part in shaping better services and stronger communities for residents across the East Midlands.
