Vice President of Growth

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth to spearhead its expansion into new markets and territories. This executive role is pivotal in unifying marketing, business development, and brokerage to create a cohesive growth engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the company-wide growth strategy, leading an integrated team, and building the necessary infrastructure for acquisition-led growth. A key focus will be on managing the full-funnel strategy, from client acquisition cost to brand building, and ensuring a trusted brand is established around the founder's voice and story. Applicants for the Vice President of Growth position at the company must have a strong background in single-family rental (SFR) experience and a proven track record in owning and executing growth strategies. The role requires a hands-on, high-accountability operating style, and a systems thinker who is energized by the ownership of client acquisition cost and rigorous testing. Experience in growth marketing, startups, founder-led businesses, real estate, or SaaS growth teams is essential.
