Vice President, Loans Middle Office, Global Banking

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Loans Middle Office within the Global Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of loan lifecycle activities, ensuring operational excellence and strong controls across a range of complex lending products. This includes trade capture, loan booking, settlements, servicing, amendments, and repayments. The role also involves close collaboration with various teams such as Front Office, Credit, Legal, Operations, Risk, and Technology to support private credit transactions and drive operational efficiency. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in supporting loan products within a banking or financial services environment, with a strong background in syndicated loans, bilateral lending, and agency servicing. A working knowledge of private credit trade documentation, particularly LMA/APLMA standards, and prior hands-on experience with Loan IQ is essential. The role requires a general understanding of global markets products, financial markets operations, and a strong grasp of the loan transaction lifecycle, operational controls, and risk management practices. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across global teams are also key requirements for this position.
