Vice President, Real Estate Products

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Real Estate Products to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the team's activities are in line with the company's objective of providing value-added solutions and contributing to the development of a sustainable business platform. This role involves representing the company's real estate capabilities, partnering with sales colleagues to cover existing real estate clients, and driving marketing and capital-raising activities for various real estate investment strategies. Applicants must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both external clients and internal stakeholders. A native-level proficiency in Japanese and a strong working proficiency in English is required. The role demands advanced presentation skills, solid analytical and numerical skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. Experience and knowledge in real estate investment or other private markets are essential, as is a Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred certifications include CMA, CFA, ARES, and Takken (Real Estate Transaction Agent).
