Head of Supply Chain

The Company is in search of a Head of Supply Chain for India and South Asia. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end supply chain organization, with a focus on integrating commercial demand, manufacturing, sourcing, planning, logistics, customer service, quality, engineering, sustainability, and talent into a resilient and growth-ready supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of activities, including developing and executing an integrated annual operating plan, ensuring safe and reliable product supply, leading manufacturing excellence, and strengthening strategic sourcing capabilities. A key aspect of the role is to translate the company's growth strategy into a supply chain roadmap that delivers on service, capacity, cost competitiveness, productivity, resilience, and digital transformation. Applicants for the Head of Supply Chain position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a postgraduate qualification being advantageous. A minimum of 20 years' leadership experience in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or end-to-end operations, particularly within high-volume manufacturing environments, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in large-scale supply chain transformation, digitalization, and productivity programs, as well as strong business and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will have deep operational expertise, a strong understanding of the Indian market, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across various business functions.
