Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a strategic Head of Finance to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the executive leadership, driving commercial performance and leading the end-to-end finance function for multiple business entities. This highly visible leadership role involves overseeing a large finance team and is pivotal in providing commercial insights, driving profitability, and supporting business expansion initiatives. The Head of Finance will also be responsible for financial governance, risk management, and ensuring robust internal controls are maintained. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should hold a degree in a relevant discipline and a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent. A proven track record in leading a sizeable finance function, particularly in FP&A, commercial finance, and business partnering, is essential. The role requires a leader with strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic capabilities, who can also demonstrate a hands-on approach to execution. Experience in retail, FMCG, consumer, distribution, or multi-site operations is highly advantageous. The Head of Finance will be expected to mentor a high-performing team and support transformation initiatives, process enhancements, and digital finance projects.
