The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Relationship Manager for Commercial Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth or corporate clients, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role involves developing a deep understanding of clients' financial situations, objectives, and risk appetites to provide tailored banking products and services. The candidate will also be expected to conduct thorough financial analysis, prepare and present financial proposals, and act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze financial data and assess risk. A customer-centric mindset and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite are also necessary. Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
