Executive Director

The Company is in search of a dynamic Executive Director to provide strategic, organizational, and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization's growth, staff leadership, community engagement, fundraising strategy, and partnerships. This role requires a deep passion for Jewish communal life, significant experience in nonprofit leadership, and a proven ability to lead teams and manage operations. The Executive Director will work closely with the Founder, Board of Directors, staff, educators, and donors to strengthen the company's Philadelphia-based programs and explore opportunities for broader impact. Key responsibilities include leading the organization's long-term strategic vision, participating in fundraising initiatives, and developing and executing strategies to grow the community. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Familiarity with Jewish young-professional culture and programming is strongly preferred. The role demands a high level of visibility and engagement, including participation in community and holiday events. The ideal candidate will be adept at moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, and comfortable with digital tools, CRM platforms, and social media/event-marketing systems. The Executive Director will also be responsible for operations and staff management, ensuring strong performance, morale, and accountability, and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven, high-performing organizational culture.
