Associate Vice President, Wholesale Loans Operations Centre, T&O Wholesale

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for its Wholesale Loans Operations Centre. The successful candidate will support the Team Leader in managing the center and ensuring the smooth execution of wholesale banking loan operations across various locations. This role is pivotal in the day-to-day operational management, including the timely and accurate processing of loan transactions, servicing activities, reconciliations, and associated reporting functions. The Assistant Vice President will also act as the primary escalation point for operational, risk, control, client service, and staff management issues in the Team Leader's absence. Key responsibilities for this position include handling a full spectrum of wholesale banking loan processing operations, preparing and verifying SWIFT messages, and ensuring all transactions are in compliance with regulations and bank policies. The role requires a degree holder with 10-15 years' of banking experience, particularly in corporate banking operations, and a strong background in management support and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, problem solver, and a strong team player with good communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to work rotating shifts are also essential.
