Senior Vice President, Managed Solutions Governance, Private Banking, Consumer Banking Group Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Managed Solutions Governance within its Private Banking and Consumer Banking Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing governance team and setting the strategic direction to ensure a robust governance framework is in place. This role involves providing critical governance-related advice in management committees, partnering with the business to design and implement governance frameworks, and overseeing the end-to-end activities across various products and services. The SVP will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating emerging and operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations, and driving continuous improvements, including the adoption of innovative solutions. Applicants must have a degree in banking, finance, accountancy, or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of experience in governance, product, or risk management within wealth management or asset management. Strong product knowledge in discretionary portfolio management, alternative investments, and/or variable capital companies is essential. The role requires proven people leadership experience, strong execution, critical judgment, and decision-making capabilities, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and will be committed to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
