Vice President, Specialist, Governance & Controls, Group Marketing & Communications Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Regional COO Specialist to join their Group Marketing & Communications division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all risk and control matters across the marketing and communications function in six core markets, with a primary focus on one market. This includes managing Key Risk Indicator reporting, Risk & Control Self-Assessment testing, Third-Party Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Resolution Planning, and Data Loss Protection governance. The role also involves stakeholder engagement with various risk and control groups to ensure compliance with guidelines and support the first line of defense in operational risk management. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience, with a background in risk and control being essential. The role requires a professional with strong communication skills, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and a resourceful approach to problem-solving, particularly in ambiguous situations. The ideal candidate will be able to perform effectively under pressure, have a positive attitude, and be open to new ideas and challenges. Responsibilities also include BCM oversight, risk mitigation, and driving a strong risk culture within the organization.
