Chief Accounting Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Accounting Officer to design, implement, and manage its international financial infrastructure. The role leads global accounting governance, reporting, multi-entity consolidations, treasury accounting, and internal controls, while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions. The executive will advise senior leadership on capital raises, corporate structuring, expansion, and mergers and acquisitions, and manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators. They will also modernize finance systems and workflows and develop a high-performing international accounting team. Candidates must hold a CA or CPA qualification and have at least 10 years of accounting or financial management experience, including five or more years in senior finance leadership. Experience in high-growth technology or capital-intensive sectors is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and AASB, along with expertise in international tax, multi-currency operations, and complex consolidations, is required. Candidates should also bring experience leading ERP transformations and automation, sound commercial judgment, executive-level communication skills, adaptability, and strong ethical standards.
