Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or VP of Technology to lead technology strategy and support the next stage of business growth. The role oversees engineering, platform, architecture, infrastructure, security, data, and AI delivery, while translating business priorities into technology roadmaps. Responsibilities include scaling and modernizing an enterprise software platform, improving reliability and delivery practices, and identifying practical AI, automation, and data initiatives that deliver measurable value. The CTO will also develop a high-performing technology function and strengthen security, compliance, governance, privacy, and operational resilience. Candidates should have proven technology leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, B2B software, or a similarly complex software environment. Strong technical knowledge of cloud architecture, scalable platforms, APIs, integrations, DevOps, security, data, and software delivery is required. Applicants should demonstrate success improving engineering maturity, delivery performance, platform reliability, and team accountability, along with experience serving enterprise customers in security- and compliance-conscious settings. A practical understanding of AI, automation, machine learning, or AI-enabled product delivery is also essential.
