Head of Group Reporting

The Company is seeking a Head of Group Reporting to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Group Reporting function, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the Group's financial reporting activities. This includes overseeing the Group consolidation process, leading the preparation of various financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves providing technical accounting guidance, overseeing taxation matters, driving improvements in financial controls, and partnering with senior management to provide financial insights that support strategic business decisions. Applicants for the Head of Group Reporting position at the company should possess professional qualifications such as ACCA, MIA, CPA, or equivalent, and have a proven track record within a Public Listed Company (PLC) environment. Strong expertise in Group consolidation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance is essential, as is a sound knowledge of MFRS, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, and corporate governance practices. The role requires experience in managing taxation matters and strong technical accounting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in property development, real estate, construction, or a diversified listed company environment, and must demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
