Head of Dynamics 365

The Company is seeking a Head of Dynamics 365 to own the ERP roadmap and guide its development in a validated, regulated manufacturing environment. The role will translate business priorities into a multi-year plan, lead requirements gathering and solution design, configure the system, and oversee complex enhancements delivered by external partners. Responsibilities include managing integrations, security, environments, releases, change control, and validation; supporting testing and inspection readiness; and ensuring documentation, training materials, and procedures are current. The successful candidate will also lead an internal IT team, coordinate business and technical stakeholders, and shape operational reporting and analytics. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, at least eight years in ERP roles, and deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes, direct system configuration experience, and experience in GxP or another tightly regulated manufacturing setting are required. Applicants should be comfortable with KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics, and familiar with applying AI in ERP and analytics contexts. Experience with warehouse devices and label-printing systems, as well as managing implementation or managed-service partners, is also sought.
