Functions:
- Human Resources
Known Requirements:
- 15+ years progressive experience with 5+ years leading Talent and/or OD teams, including experience in high growth companies preferred
- Experience of leading remote based & global professional service or technology teams preferred
- Prior experience of leading projects from start to finish preferred
- Experience of creating, enhancing talent programs to align with business strategy preferred
- Prior leading HR operations experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources or equivalent required
- Advanced Degree in management and/or human resources designation(s) [i.e. – PHR, SPHR, GPHR] preferred
