Known Requirements:
- 15+ years of total accounting or finance experience required
- Prior experience of serving as chief financial officer (CFO) preferred
- Experience of integrating information & technology or systems to improve accounting productivity & accuracy preferred
- Experience in facilities management preferred
- Prior experience in change leadership & change management preferred
- Experience of dealing with financial management & operations of programs in low & middle income countries preferred
- Prior experience in recruiting & directing a diverse staff that leads to building a nimble, collegial & collaborative team preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management required
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Knowledge of philanthropic accounting & audit issues preferred
- Knowledge of Office Suite, Excel & software like Salesforce preferred
