About the Role
Locations:
Greater Dallas, TX Area (On-site)
The Vice President, Human Resources will be responsible for implementing procedures to best operate teams and HR duties and maintain company goals.
Functions:

Known Requirements:
- 10+ years of combined experience in human resources senior corporate leadership, setting the strategy & leading all phases of the employee life cycle in a retail environment required
- Prior experience in management systems & human capital management systems preferred
- Prior implementation experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field required
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification (SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- English & Spanish required
