About the Role
Locations:
Greater Cardiff, United Kingdom Area (On-site - Headquarter location)
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for quality and business assurance as well as spearheading the mission objectives of the company.

Known Requirements:
- Experience in running large scale & complex business preferred
- Experience of effectively managing considerable resources & budgets preferred
- Prior experience in undertaking sensitive negotiations & managing contracts to maximise the benefits & outcomes preferred
- Experience of developing & implementing strategy with service development in a large complex organisation, exploring new service opportunities preferred
- Prior experience in enhancing the reputation of an organisation preferred
- Experience in successful initiation & facilitation of strategic partnership working, alliances with contractors, LAs, voluntary, statutory, private bodies & stakeholders preferred
- Experience of developing an organisational culture that promotes clinical engagement in decision making, leading continuous change etc preferred
- Experience of dealing with a range of complex issues within a political or demanding stakeholder environment preferred
- Master's Degree required
