The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for defining marketing objectives and driving marketing initiatives.

15+ years experience of working within a marketing led organization, in the Latin American arena & USA hispanic audiences required
15+ years of marketing experience, in media & related industry required
7+ years of marketing leadership experience required
5 years of experience under chief marketing officer leadership required
Experience of working cross functionally to ensure marketing programs required
Experience of building or leading a marketing team, within a company that operates on a global level required
Experience in driving growth through cross cultural audiences required
Experience with building & maintaining audiences required
Leadership experience of carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing & implementing strategy required
Experience in building brand awareness & recognition required
Experience of working with US & Latin American markets in a fast growing & fast paced environment required
Experience in user acquisition through multiple channels including social media, google, adwords, etc. required
User acquisition experience of driving mobile app Installs & expertise on facebook ads, adwords, apple search ads, etc. required
Prior experience in the media & music industries required
Prior experience with OTT & app required
