Vice President, Quantitative Analytic Solutions

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Quantitative Analytic Solutions. The successful candidate will be a senior leader within the organization, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing key analytic modeling tools and systems that support the company's investment strategy, asset allocation, portfolio management, and hedging activities. This role involves delivering sophisticated quantitative models, analysis, and financial data to support both current and new investment initiatives. The VP will also be involved in developing and calibrating models for strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio management, and hedging strategies, and will be expected to stay abreast of developing techniques to ensure that the company's modeling is current and robust. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's, MBA, and/or CAIA/CFA/CPA being a plus. A minimum of 9 years' experience in quantitative modeling development, particularly within the context of investment platforms, is required. The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of various asset classes and experience in managing or mentoring quantitative and technical teams. Proficiency in Python is preferred, with experience in SQL, C++, or similar being desired. The role demands superior analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to distill technical work into business presentations. Non-technical skills such as the ability to set clear goals, be a self-starter, and have excellent communication and influencing skills are also essential.
