Vice President, Global Medical Lead

The Company is seeking a VP, Global Medical Lead for Solid Tumours. This senior leadership role is pivotal for shaping the global medical strategy for a specific therapy, with a focus on translating scientific advancements into impactful medical practices that benefit patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional global medical team, influencing product development at a global level, and ensuring that the medical strategy aligns with the company's mission of uniting science, technology, and talent to advance healthcare. The role involves matrix leadership, partnering with key markets, and integrating innovative strategies to advance patient care and shape medical practices. Applicants must have a medical degree (MD/MBBS/PharmD) or a PhD in a clinical or scientific discipline, with a strong background in oncology medical affairs, solid tumors, and clinical development. Experience in leading the global strategy of an asset, including asset lifecycle management and product launch, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of strategic and medical leadership, scientific agility, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a VUCA environment. Strong collaboration, matrix management, and financial acumen are also key qualifications.
