Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic and seasoned leadership in the financial management of its health services. The CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term financial plans, managing a complex budget, and providing critical consultation on fiscal and programmatic issues. This key leadership role involves overseeing a diverse team, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, organizational development, and public sector operations, with a focus on budgeting, financial planning, and fiscal analysis. They should possess the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team, as well as a commitment to transparency, trust, and a strong ethical standard in financial management. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 4 years' of progressively responsible experience in a relevant professional, administrative, fiscal, or human resources staff position, including at least one year of supervisory experience. Academic coursework in public administration, business administration, management, accounting, statistics, or related fields is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's or Master's degree. The CFO must have a thorough knowledge of modern budget principles, contract management, program and systems management, and the operations of county government. Expertise in government accounting, financial strategy, and experience with enterprise resource planning and electronic health record systems is also essential.
