Chief Staff Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Staff Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for synchronizing, managing, and monitoring the command's lines of effort in direct support of the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and Executive Director. This role involves coordinating with various key personnel to ensure that collective efforts are integrated and harmonized for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. The Chief Staff Officer will also directly supervise the command's administrative, security, and facilities functions, and oversee the implementation of plans, policies, programs, and procedures that impact the organization's mission. Applicants for the Chief Staff Officer position at the company must be US citizens and meet specific employment requirements, including the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information. The role demands a high level of accountability, the ability to influence and negotiate, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have experience in a specialized role at the GG/GS-14 grade level or equivalent, with a focus on maintaining awareness of various organizational activities and ensuring timely collaboration across departments. The position also requires the development of strategies and goals for training and enabling command members to achieve their assigned missions, as well as monitoring the organization's health and advising leadership on performance-related matters.
