Senior Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Counsel to join their legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance in a role that encompasses both labor and employment law and general corporate legal duties. This includes offering strategic advice on a wide range of legal matters, from employment law compliance and workplace policies to data privacy, cyber, and strategic initiatives. The Senior Counsel will also be involved in managing and resolving employment-related disputes, conducting internal investigations, and developing training programs. The role requires a talented and motivated individual with a doctoral degree, at least 7 years of relevant experience, and a strong legal background. The ideal candidate for the Senior Counsel position at the company will have a Doctoral Degree and be admitted to the Bar, with a preference for those with experience in a full-service in-house legal environment. The role demands a professional who can communicate legal information effectively, conduct in-depth legal analysis, and be adept at legal research and writing. The Senior Counsel will be expected to anticipate legal obstacles, manage competing responsibilities, and demonstrate a proven track record of identifying and addressing legal issues. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact legal matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, and requires the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
