Chief Financial Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for the overall financial management, driving profitable growth, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. This includes establishing and maintaining a data-driven financial management framework, sound financial systems, processes, and controls, and managing relationships with financial institutions. The successful candidate will also be involved in strategic planning, and M&A activities, and will be the local point of contact for government compliance accounting. The ideal CFO for the company will have a Bachelors's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with at least 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting function, including a minimum of 3 years in a similar executive leadership role at a government contracting company. They must have a solid understanding of GAAP, experience with government accounting, and be proficient in financial management software and platforms. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, who can lead a team and is adept at problem-solving and change management. The CFO will be expected to be self-directed, transparent, and driven, with a focus on achieving accurate results and managing multiple priorities effectively.
