Chief Operating Officer (COO), Family Office

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its Family Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic operations oversight and leading the optimization of day-to-day activities across various functions, including HR, finance, compliance, and administration. This role involves leading a team and overseeing finance and operations, with a specific focus on fund accounting, financial reporting, fund operations, and compliance. The COO will also be tasked with financial oversight, managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting for both the firm and client entities. In addition to the above, the COO will play a key role in compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as AML/KYC, FATCA, and CRS, as well as internal policies across different jurisdictions. Vendor and service provider management is also a critical aspect of the position, requiring the negotiation and management of relationships with external vendors, custodians, legal advisors, and technology providers. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a strong background in operations, finance, and compliance, with a proven track record in managing and leading teams in a similar capacity.
