Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Medical Solutions

The Company is seeking a visionary GM/CEO to spearhead the expansion of its B2B2C business in the healthcare and educational sectors within China and adjacent Asian countries. The successful candidate will be tasked with devising and executing a comprehensive business strategy that encompasses all aspects of the company's operations in the region. This includes driving growth, profitability, and brand equity, as well as taking full responsibility for P&L, operations, and budget control. The role also involves high-level business development, serving as the primary spokesperson for the business, and fostering a culture of talent development and high performance. Applicants must have a proven track record in a senior management role, such as GM, CEO, or COO, within a small to medium-sized company, with a strong emphasis on P&L management and budget control. Experience in working for a foreign company and a background in the healthcare or educational sectors is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess a BA, MBA, or relevant academic background, and demonstrate the ability to lead a company through various phases of the product life cycle. Strong financial acumen, the ability to make strategic decisions, and experience in working with government agencies are also key requirements. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication skills, a mastery of the English language, and the willingness to travel internationally for business.
