The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Non-Financial Risk Assurance. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Resilience Risk Assurance team, responsible for ensuring that all standards, policies, and procedures are continuously assessed and remain fit for purpose. This role involves providing subject matter expertise, identifying review scopes, and delivering assurance activities. The AVP will also be tasked with informing risk and control owners about the effectiveness of controls, proactively monitoring emerging risks, and supporting the delivery of assurance reviews that meet the required quality standards. Applicants must have extensive knowledge of resilience risks and controls, with a background in assurance or testing activities, and a relevant external financial services qualification. The role requires excellent people management skills, the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and a clear understanding of resilience risks within the global financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be a lateral thinker, capable of solving complex issues, and possess strong decision-making and communication skills. The AVP will be expected to operate within the risk management framework, work closely with internal audit, and contribute to the development of the assurance program.
