The successful candidate will be tasked with the independent and integral ownership of corporate security and QHSE, ensuring a robust governance structure that enables the organization to operate safely, compliantly, and resiliently in a complex and ever-changing risk environment. This role is pivotal in driving strategic governance, risk reduction, and crisis preparedness, and in fostering the trust of clients, employees, and stakeholders. The CSO/QHSE Lead will be responsible for translating external risks and internal dependencies into strategic decisions and concrete measures, with a strong emphasis on making safety and continuity a fundamental part of the business operations. Applicants for the CSO/QHSE Lead position at the company should be strategic leaders with a proven track record in corporate security, QHSE, risk, or continuity.
