Responsibilities include selecting the initial district for operation, winning the trust of farmers, baling contractors, and mills, and ultimately, moving real tonnes of agricultural residue to be converted into premium carbon credits. The role demands a leader with B2B commercial instinct, comfort with data and digital tools, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. Fluency in Thai and English is essential, as is the ability to engage with both local farmers and global carbon buyers.
