Senior Vice President, Debt Capital Markets Origination Greater Bangkok, Thailand Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Debt Capital Markets Origination. The successful candidate will be responsible for the primary origination of various DCM instruments, ensuring that all activities are in compliance with the company's policies and procedures. This includes pitching, structuring, and completing DCM transactions, as well as working closely with the Syndicate Desk and Fixed Income Sales teams for the successful sell-down of deals. The role also involves close coordination with external parties such as the SEC, Rating Agency, and Thai BMA, and internal teams including the Legal Advisor, Auditor, Registrar, and Bondholder representative. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position in Debt Capital Markets Origination at the company should have a strong background in DCM, with experience in debentures, convertible debentures, structured debentures, bills of exchange, and SOE bonds.
