Chief of Staff Greater Beijing, China Area

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to provide strategic support and priority execution for the China Country Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing China-specific strategic priorities, preparing executive-level analyses, and translating high-level objectives into actionable plans. This role requires a deep understanding of the local and global business landscape, as well as the ability to operationalize and deliver strategic initiatives with a focus on disciplined execution. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in stakeholder and ecosystem coordination, particularly in the context of the medical devices and healthcare infrastructure industry. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Master’s degree from a top-tier institution and at least 8 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record in leading complex market and ecosystem development programs in China. Core competencies include strategic and execution agility, stakeholder and contextual intelligence, cross-functional coordination, and change management. The role demands a high level of executive maturity, including the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin. Personal attributes such as resilience, pragmatism, and a results-oriented, low-ego, high-impact approach are also essential.
