The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Crime Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be part of a team that operates as a Second Line of Defence, with a focus on financial crime risk stewardship. This role is pivotal in ensuring the independent and effective management of financial crime risks, including fraud, money laundering, bribery, and corruption. The VP will be responsible for team management, providing subject matter expertise, and leading the agenda for third-party stewardship. Strong technical expertise in anti-bribery and corruption, fraud risk, and third-party risk management is essential. The role also requires proactive risk management, governance representation, and the ability to drive strategic enhancements and simplification efforts. Applicants must have significant experience in financial crime risk management or a similar risk infrastructure role, with a proficient knowledge of financial crime risks in the financial services industry. The position demands excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead change in a matrixed environment. The VP will be expected to work closely with senior executives, provide insights for executive-level reporting, and ensure the consistent application of the highest risk management standards. A strong understanding of how controls mitigate financial crime risk and experience in leading a team are also key requirements. The role is challenging, requiring the ability to operate in a complex, regulated environment and to influence senior management to drive a culture of financial crime risk management.
