Head of Organizational Development, Transformation & HR

The Company is seeking a Head of Organizational Development, Transformation, and HR for a strategic leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organizational growth, restructuring, and transformation in alignment with business expansion. This enterprise transformation role is pivotal, with a focus on aligning business strategy, leadership, people, structure, and processes. Key responsibilities include leading organization design, workforce planning, role restructuring, and operating model redesign to enhance scalability and productivity. The role also involves redesigning business processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks, as well as building leadership capability through performance management, succession planning, and learning interventions. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PG in HR, organization development, or business management, with 18-25 years' experience in strategic HR, organization development, and business transformation. Proven experience in working directly with founders, promoters, or directors, and a track record of success in organization restructuring, process redesign, leadership hiring, and scaling businesses are essential. Experience in high-growth industries such as real estate, construction, or infrastructure is preferred. Key competencies for this role include organization design and transformation, leadership alignment, executive stakeholder management, business process redesign, executive search, and leadership hiring, as well as change management and culture building. Strategic HR and business acumen are also critical for the position.
