Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead its technology strategy and digital transformation across a complex, international organization. The role will align technology investments with business priorities, modernize enterprise systems and architecture, and strengthen IT governance. Responsibilities include overseeing applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and technology supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations. The CIO will also guide international systems integration, manage budgets and vendors, and develop the IT organization while advising executive leadership. Candidates should have significant senior IT leadership experience and a record of delivering technology strategy and transformation in complex, multi-site organizations. Strong expertise in enterprise applications, ERP, systems integration, and IT architecture is required, along with experience in manufacturing or supply chain technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, governance, and business continuity. Applicants should bring capabilities in budget and investment management, vendor negotiations, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated industrial environments is valuable, as are strategic leadership, change management, international coordination, and executive stakeholder skills.
