Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead its technical and commercial operations, with responsibility for revenue, profitability, and strategic and operational development. The role includes leading change, developing a team of 25 employees, and managing complex infrastructure projects from conception and financing through construction completion. The Managing Director will coordinate strategic transport initiatives, advance long-term infrastructure projects that support sustainable mobility, and build strong relationships with public-sector clients. The position also involves preparing the organization for future developments, including collaborative working methods and emerging technologies. Candidates should hold a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field, and bring strong expertise in complex infrastructure and investment projects. Extensive construction project management experience, several years of personnel management, and a record of leading interdisciplinary teams are required. The ideal candidate demonstrates entrepreneurial thinking, sound business knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills, persuasiveness, and high social competence.
