Interim Head of Order Management Greater Budapest, Hungary Area

The Company is seeking a Head of Order Management to lead end-to-end Order-to-Invoice operations across multiple countries. Responsibilities include overseeing order management, invoicing, collections, and customer support; monitoring service performance against KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards; and driving process harmonization and standardization. The role also leads transitions into shared-service and outsourced delivery models, manages stakeholder relationships, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency. The successful candidate will develop and coach teams, provide governance and performance insights to senior leadership, manage risks and escalations, and promote customer focus and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least three years of experience leading order management, customer service, billing, invoicing, collections, or shared-services operations. They should bring a proven record of managing international service delivery teams and complex stakeholder environments, along with experience in process transformation, standardization, or transition projects. Strong leadership, analytical decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are required. Fluency in English is essential.
