The Company is seeking a Head of Finance & Administration to join their dynamic local team. The successful candidate will be the central integrator of the finance function, providing hands-on leadership to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial operations. This role involves direct guidance of a small, dedicated team and close collaboration with local management, global corporate functions, and strategic external partners. Key responsibilities include leading daily operational details, group reporting, performance supervision, and serving as the financial lead for a large-scale capital investment project. The Head of Finance & Administration will also be involved in treasury management, and systems development, and driving digital process efficiencies. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of leadership experience in accounting and/or controlling, and a strong technical background in Hungarian tax regulations and accounting standards. Proficiency in Hungarian and English is essential, as is experience in leveraging AI applications in professional workflows.
