A key aspect of the role is to mentor senior managers and foster leadership development within the BI team. Applicants must have 12-14 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in BI and data management, capable of leading and inspiring a team to achieve the company's data-driven goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of BI tools and technologies, as well as the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
