Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Head of HR to take on a pivotal role in overseeing the entire human resources and industrial relations function. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR, from workforce planning and recruitment to statutory compliance, contract labor management, employee relations, and organization development. This hands-on leadership position requires the ability to engage in talent acquisition and recruitment across all levels, manage the contract labor ecosystem in line with relevant regulations, ensure full compliance with labor laws, and lead industrial relations at the plant level. The Head of HR will also be involved in HR operations, people management, and organization development, and will be expected to build and maintain robust HR systems in a growing manufacturing setup. Applicants for the Head of HR role at the company should have 5-12 years' of progressive HR experience, with a significant background in a manufacturing or plant environment. The role demands a candidate with proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles, a strong understanding of contract labor management, and a sound command of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations. Experience in managing multi-location or multi-plant HR operations is preferred. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA/PGDM in HR or an equivalent degree and be adept at managing the full employee lifecycle, administering performance management, and driving training and skill development programs.
